Acute consults are for recent or short-term health concerns, typically less than a month in duration. These sessions are focused on helping your body recover quickly and naturally.

Common examples include:

  • Coughs or throat irritation

  • Sprains, strains, or other minor injuries

  • Sudden skin irritations or rashes

  • Any other short-term, non-chronic complaints

This session is focused, practical, and personalised, giving you the tools and remedies you need to feel better as quickly as possible.

    • An acute dose is a way of taking a homeopathic remedy to quickly address rapidly developing or intense symptoms.

    • It involves taking four doses of the remedy, 15 minutes apart, over the course of one hour. After the acute dose, you can resume your usual dosing schedule.

    • Acute dosing works best when started as early as possible, as it helps your body respond more effectively to sudden changes or flare-ups.
